Given the scope of our conference and events it has become even more important for us to cut down and manage our waste systems. Some of the ways we’ve improved our waste management is through the use of ceramic mugs, glasses and reusable cutlery where possible. We can also offer buffet options which can help reduce packaging and single-use plastics.
Thanks to our fantastic local artisan suppliers you’ll always find an Irish twist on our modern menus. We will work carefully with you to tailor a menu to suit your group. Whatever the event our team will ensure every bite will be fresh, delicious and sure to delight your guests.
Where possible we do our best to use only local and sustainable suppliers. From our ethically sourced Red Bean Roastery coffee beans, organic Irish smoked salmon from Origin Green certified Kish Fish Co Ltd to our fresh fruit and vegetable suppliers.
