Check-in time is from 15:00. If you do arrive earlier, we will try our best to get a room for you as soon as possible.
Check-out time is 11:00 and later hotel check-out times are available (subject to availability) at an extra cost.
We are happy to look after your luggage in a safe and secure storeroom at no extra cost.
There are a range of parking options in the immediate vicinity including over 200 spaces at Cambridge Station car park, just 1-minute walk away (please enter CB1 2JW into your satellite navigation system).
Our hotel fitness suite is available for all guests and equipped with treadmills, cross-trainer, bikes, free weights and resistance machines.
Dogs are welcome in the Library Area and Lobby Area of the hotel. We are pleased to offer guests the option of enjoying a seated meal with their dog in the Library Area, subject to availability.
For the comfort of all guests and in line with our hotel policies, pets are not permitted in the restaurant, bar, gym, or conference rooms.
Number of Pets
We allow up to two dogs per room - Subject to availability.
Pet Fee & Cleaning
There is a £40 fee per dog, per stay. If extra cleaning or pest treatment is needed, a charge of up to £150 may be added to your bill.
Damage Responsibility
I accept responsibility for any damage or injury caused by my dog to hotel property, guests, or staff. Any repair, replacement, or medical costs will be charged to my account.
Housekeeping
To ensure the safety of your pet and our staff, please coordinate with us regarding room cleaning. Housekeeping will not enter if your dog is in the room unsupervised.
Noise & Behaviour
We know our furry friends sometimes have something to say! Occasional barking is understandable, but if repeated noise complaints or disruptive behaviour arise, we may need to ask that your pet be removed from the hotel or, in rare circumstances, end the stay early without refund.
