Our hotel is located on the east side of Birmingham city centre, easily accessible by road or rail and is the perfect base to explore Birmingham.

Check-in time is from 3.00pm.

Check-out time: 11.00am. 

We can offer late check-out at the cost of £10 per hour till 2.00pm (subject to availability).

Check-in time is from 3.00pm, however, if your room is ready before then, we will be happy to check you in.
Please note, there is an early check-in fee, which is £10 from 12.00pm. If you would like to check in earlier than 12.00pm, an additional fee would apply.

If the room is not ready upon your arrival, we will store your luggage for you.

You can store your luggage free of charge at Reception.

If you don’t arrive at the hotel, the first night’s room rate will be charged in full. On a Flexible Rate booking the cancellation policy is 2.00pm the day before you arrive. Let us know in as soon as you know and we will assist you with any further information.

We don’t have a swimming pool but our fitness suite can be found just off the lobby and can be used by all in-house guests.

Cots are supplied free of charge, just mention when you are booking or prior to stay and we can help you with that.

All of our rooms have pretty much everything you will need for your stay – complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and tea & coffee making facilities. If there is anything you cannot find, please ring Reception and we will be more than happy to help.

We have a strict no-smoking policy in all of our guestrooms but we do have an outdoor terrace area available to all guests.

We have a late-night room service menu that is available 24/7.
